We improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness through our network of local groups and services, expert information and successful campaigning. Our goal is to make sure everyone affected by severe mental illness has a good quality

We help hundreds of women every year to improve their mental health and well-being so they can experience a better quality of life. This can come in forms of 1-1 or group counselling, befriending and therapy.

The Stroke Associations helps support people to rebuild their lives after stroke.

For over 15 years our mission has been to give every child and young person access to the best possible support following the death of someone close. We work with individuals, families, schools and professionals to offer free bereavement support.

Pregnancy Crisis Care supports women and partners with unplanned pregnancy, baby loss and post abortion.

The PANDAS Foundation supports and advises any parent and their networks who need support with perinatal mental illness. It is also there to guide family members, carers, friends and employers with how to support someone suffering with mental health.

Reflect offers a dedicated pregnancy choice and pregnancy loss service in North Yorkshire.

The Fountain Centre offers care and support for the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of those affected by cancer in Surrey and the surrounding areas. Our patient centred approach focuses on what you need to feel better and empowered.

Our mission is to offer independent, evidence-based information and support to help build awareness of breastfeeding to individuals and organisations and to support a mum in her choice to breastfeed.
