Bipolar UK is the only national charity dedicated to empowering individuals and families affected by bipolar. Peer support is at the core of our work. Our mission is to empower everyone affected by bipolar to live well and fulfill their potential.

ANDYSMANCLUB is a group where men aged 18 and above can speak openly about their mental health in a judgment-free, non-clinical environment. Groups are volunteer-led and it's services used on a weekly basis by over 1,000 men.
