With You is a charity that offers free, confidential support to people in England and Scotland who have issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health

Anonymous and non-clinical safe spaces for men to talk, listen and connect on a regular basis across the UK. Offering free one hour sessions once a week where men get together to talk honestly in a confidential space without risk of judgment.

OCD Action is the national charity focusing on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).We are a dedicated charity with a clear vision, solid objectives and a real understanding of OCD and the impact that it has.

We provide counselling, psychotherapy, consultation and supervision informed by psychoanalytic thinking to children, young people, families and adults. We are commissioned or contracted to do this or you can self refer to our fee paying services.
