OCD Action is the national charity focusing on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).We are a dedicated charity with a clear vision, solid objectives and a real understanding of OCD and the impact that it has.

We provide counselling, psychotherapy, consultation and supervision informed by psychoanalytic thinking to children, young people, families and adults. We are commissioned or contracted to do this or you can self refer to our fee paying services.

SANE is a leading UK mental health charity. We work to improve the quality of life for anyone affected by mental illness. Mental health is as important as physical health in these worrying and stressful days when there is so much uncertainty.

ANDYSMANCLUB is a group where men aged 18 and above can speak openly about their mental health in a judgment-free, non-clinical environment. Groups are volunteer-led and it's services used on a weekly basis by over 1,000 men.
