What’s Your Motivation?

Nutritional changes can be adopted for all sorts of reasons, so, understanding what your motivation is can be key to developing a successful strategy. Perhaps these reasons strike a key with you:

  • Finding it difficult to maintain, lose or gain weight
  • Experienced a decline in health
  • Experiencing low energy or low mood
  • Lack the motivation to cook food are don’t know where to start
  • Fear of failing
  • Think you have to commit 100% all the time and get it right all the time

It’s important to understand that change is not a sprint, it’s a journey that takes time.

Is Nutritional Activism Right for You?

Nutritional activism can positively impact a wide range of goals. These may include:

  • Losing weight
  • Increasing energy
  • Improved mood
  • Increased productivity
  • A healthier and happier lifestyle

These goals fit with an open mindset that combines your commitment to make changes and take action, whilst understanding the need to challenge current behaviours.  Embracing a new focus and committing to behavioural changes are all part of nutritional activism.

It is also essential to understand that no one is perfect, however with the right plan, determination and focus you can achieve your individual goals.

Nutritional activism also remains fully grounded knowing that there may be an odd setback during your journey.  However, facing these with resilience and consistency is key to overcoming challenges.
